Amazing sound

I never played filter'tron like pickups before. I bought the gretsch double jet g5222 with the blacktop broad'trons. They are ok but sound too much like a humbucker. After much research for the bridge it was between the power'tron that comes in the Malcolm signature model (I don't know why...) or this Classic plus.
I found the power'tron too hot and also between a filter'tron and a humbucker. This one is a classic filter'tron with more output. I'm very happy with my choice.
What an amazing sound, it's beautiful. I love it. Clean or with distortion it maintains the clarity and has plenty of chime.
Now I'll pair it with a super'tron in the neck (which was difficult to find in Europe as I write this), following the advice of Adam at TV Jones.

War auf der Suche nach einem neuen Bridge Pickup für meine Zweitgitarre (Strat-Tele-Hybrid), um diese vom Klang und Output näher an meine PRS Starla zu bekommen. Ziel also: warmer (definierter) Bass, cremige untere Mitten, durchsetzungsfähige obere Mitten, seidige Höhen und etwas mehr Output als vorher. All das habe ich bekommen! Die unteren Mitten kommen von der Klarheit nicht ganz an die Starla heran, aber viel näher als ich es mir je erträumt hätte.
Die Pickup-Halterung war für meine Gitarre etwas breit und tief und passte so gerade mit viel Kontakt in die Aussparung, ist aber natürlich auch nicht für diese Gitarren gebaut. Ich bin voll zufrieden!
