A really good vocal helper for gigging performers
I was playing guitar and kinda singing in a cover band. Creating vocal harmonies with other buddies was a tedious job. When I brought VoiceTone H1 ( along with MicMechanic 2 by TC Helicon too ) to our rehearsal room and resisted to push the harmony mixer ( "wet" knob ) too far, all other guys in the band were pleasantly surprised how our whole performance improved. This little device has a guitarist's godsend feature - audio chord detection which really works if you do not "torture" it with all the variety of quickly changing chords. As far as I know, in this price range it's the only vocal harmonizer with this function.
As I tried lots of vocal harmonizers made by other major manufacturers, I can approve statement: "TC Helicon's wizardry really shines in this field."
