beater rod length too short - Prologix Thunderkick Bass Drum Pad

The Prologix material made in USA is of very good quality, I have many pads from them after much I decided to order TWO Thunderkick. The expense was high and the expectations too. the wooden product is well made, glued plywood, not space technology, for 184€ each . Unfortunately, the standard made-in-Taiwan felt beater's rod supplied with the Prologix is too short and does not allow it to be adjusted in the middle of the pad, but only just inside the edge, as it can be noticed in their official video. Note that both myself and the official Prologix video used the Pear Eliminator pedal. I don't think that for the amount of money Prologix is asking for, the beater provided is of the quality one would expect. If nothing else, it should have been of such a length that one could at least choose a decent adjustment. Now already fixed at the maximum possible length, it barely fits into the pad surface by a few mm. For this price and the basic construction and material, I would have expected more from Prologix. Overall wood and foam quality and feeling /rebound is GREAT, but I need to find other beaters , which will increase the cost. I suggest to get a try to Drumeo's before. It might does the job for the half

Ich habe verschiedene Bassdrum-Pads ausprobiert. Die meisten waren groß, klobig, laut (viel Trittschall) und vom Spielgefühl nicht sehr realistisch oder vielseitig. Als ich auf das Prologix gestoßen bin habe ich direkt zugeschlagen, trotz des hohen Preises. Hat sich gelohnt. Denn das Teil ist erstklassig verarbeitet und wirklich gut durchdacht: es ist super platzsparend, produziert durch die gute Isolierung des Schaumstoff-„Pads“ wenig Trittschall, wird mit zwei verschiedenen „Pads“ und damit vier verschiedenen Spielflächen geliefert und fühlt sich daher ziemlich realistisch an. Damit zu üben macht richtig Spaß. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

J'utilise personnellement ce kick pad dans le but de développer des cours basés uniquement sur les techniques de coordination. Ce Kick Pad est d'abord très beau avec sa finition en bois. La pédale inversée est un peu déroutante au premier abords, mais franchement on s'y fait très rapidement. les mousses fournies, de 2 duretés différentes sont très efficaces. Je conseille toutefois le tapis pour préserver l'état du sol et éviter la propagation des vibrations. C'est extrêmement plaisant à jouer. les exercices musculaires deviennent un jeu d'enfant. On peut prolonger les exercices sans risquer de se faire de mal. J'adore. Il manque clairement un "emballage" cohérent avec cet objet haut de gamme. un coffret de transport ou de rangement à la place du carton, ainsi qu'une série d'exercices qui sont souvent proposés avec l'achat de n'importe quel appareil sportif. Bravo. N.B. le prix de ce produit à doublé en un an sans amélioration apparente. Il est passé de un peu cher à TRÈS CHER. Dommage.
