I've bought these mallets for practicing Almost Blue by David Friedman himself and i'm actually satisfied. It's durable and flexible thanks to ratan body so it last long time and it has good feel while playing too. For playing 4 mallets I recommend to tape them for better grip and no clicking but that's personal preference.
