Hi, I asked for an adjustment before sending the instrument, it came unadjusted, then I understood why-it simply wouldn't be adjust. Strings d, g and partially A are strongly rattling and even at quite high action....The bridge in my opinion does not follow the radius of the fingerboard properly, another one is unusable, because the guitar does not have a standard size of the bridge (74mm), has only 71,5mm. All this may be a matter of the particular piece....Finally, I am returning the guitar also because I am not used to such a sturdy and thick neck...Otherwise, the guitar has a very nice sound (even with the split pickups ) I will definitely buy another guitar from Harley Benton, but I have to be carefulL about the neck shape...
