Great but…

Skealer23 09.01.2026

Awesome value, fantastic sound, very balanced, well made including small details. Nice preamp. The only issue i had was the action which was a bit too low and the first string buzzed on both 1st and 5th frets. Adjusting action with the included wrench is a pain but I managed to raise it a bit and got the first fret buzz out but the 5th fret still buzzes a little. Not a showstopper for me, small price to pay for the rest of the fretboard being buzz free and easy to play. Overall, it’s a keeper for sure. Very happy. Recommend

Unbelievable Value

Rick Shaw 11.12.2025

I generally buy higher end guitars but I was curious about what Harley Benton could offer with this £264 12 string guitar and I was pleasantly surprised.
The guitar had a pretty good set up and I think I will leave it as is. For this price the quality is excellent. The guitar was easy to tune up having an inbuilt tuner , 12 string guitar are well known for tuning issues but this one was very stable once tuned .
I haven't had time to try the fishman pick up yet so I can't review that part of the guitar.
All in all I'm very pleased with the purchase and delivery from Thomann went without a hitch ,

Great quality

André- 12.08.2026

I've been playing guitar for more than 30 years but I've never played a 12 string.
I still need to get used to it but the sound is very nice, with a chorus like depth.
The finish is flawless, the frets are nicely rounded, no buzz anywhere.
The action is low, just as I like it. The guitar is very comfortable to play.
I didn't need to touch anything, just tune the guitar and it was ready to play.
Another great quality guitar from Harley Benton for a very competitive price.

Wow

Toras 23.10.2026

I'm in love with this guitar. Sounds amazing, plays amazing and looks absolutely gorgeous. Had to tune this 3 times and then it stayed tuned for the next hour. No sharp edges on the frets and the action is perfect. I'm blown away!
