The 58bc is a very beautiful instrument. The wood is stunning, and a beautiful detail is that the wood used for the back and sides are also used in the rosette. Well done. The look and feel is really great. This is clearly a guitar build by a master. It was love at first sight!
Playing the guitar, the sound of strings 1 and 2 is cristal clear and sound great. String 5 and 6 give a nice bass but not dominating.
The projection is really good, meaning: lots of sound. So far so good.
Stings 3 and 4 are however not well balanced. String 3 is often difficult on any classical guitar, but on this instrument it sounded overly dull. String 4 sounded too loud. I changed strings to test whether this was due to the strings, but the issue continued.
With pain in my heart I decided to return the guitar….
