Even though it is very light, its very stable, which is a nice combination. It can hold heavy mics, no problem. Problem is, that the vertical reatractable part rotates very easily even if you tighten it very hard. So you have to be very careful about bumping into it, as it will change position easily and you might not even notice and record completely displaced mic and wonder what went wrong.
