Did not meet my expectations

I bought the strings for my Martin acoustic HB 35.After mounting the strings I felt they sounded to mellow without that sparkle in the high ends.For some it could be just the sound they're looking for, but for me it didn't rock my boat. I play Ernie ball strings on all my electrics and have for many years, bur for acoustic unfortunately not.

Première fois que j'achète des cordes à un prix comme celui-ci, mais je conseil fortement !
Le rendu est vraiment incroyable, ma guitare sonne mieux que jamais. On sent vraiment la qualité dans le produit.
Très qualitatif, on sens que le produit va durer plus longtemps que des simple cordes.

Grundsätzlich sind die Saiten OK aber ich hab mir mehr erwartet.

Positiv:
Die ersten paar 1-2h zuhause waren die Saiten auf meiner Martin 000 einfach nur genial. Der Sound war besser als alles andere.

Stimmstabilität ist Wahnsinn. Nach 2x Stimmen hat sich nach dem Aufziehen quasi nichts mehr getan.

Negativ:
Nicht Gig tauglich!! Nach einem 3h Gig in einer Hotelbar waren sowohl Saiten als auch Finger verfärbt. Handschweiß mögen die wohl gar nicht. Nach dem ersten Gig klangen stumpf. Zum Vergleich dauert es bei Elixier 10 Gigs bis sie so hinüber sind.

Ohne Fastfret Behandlung nach dem ersten Gig wären die Saiten bestimmt hinüber gewesen.

Fazit:
Wenn ich ins Studio gehe kann ich mir die Saiten vorstellen. Paar Stunden vorher drauf und Sound genießen.

Für die Bühne geht es wieder zurück zu Elixier.

Nicht mein Fall

Ich wollte mal was Neues ausprobieren. Ich hatte gelesen, dass wohl Ernie Ball Saiten was besonderes seien. Die Beschreibung sagt auch, dass sie sich mehr dehnen lassen, als andere. Das ist aber gerade das Problem, zumindest bei mir. Die Saiten scheppern dermaßen, dass ich sie nach der ersten Probe gleich wieder runter genommen und durch Daddario ersetzt habe.
