Additional cost
If you get tired of using batteries, you will have to pay for the power supply. I bouth one, it was not the recommended one (trying to cheap out). It gives me a lot of noise. I was able to reduce/remove this noise with grounding. There is a grounding screw on the back of the amp and it helps a lot. There is also a lot of noise generated by my Harley Benton guitar. Not the fault of the amp.
