e-Sax iMute - real mute of sax

Sax is impossible to mute by simple methods. This is real mute solution. It really works. During day you can freely practice without problems. Over midnight it can make some small problems however nothing critical. It is like TV with slightly higher volume. How comfortable is this? It is not comparable with comfort of standalone instrument, however it is not horrible. With strap no special issues found. This is not for practicing for concert so don´t expect perfect sound like sax itself however you hear all important. This is mainly used for practicing with reeds and for learning new songs when you are in not isolated room. Maybe one complaint - it is relatively difficult to install the instrument inside system and some soft parts can make some barrier for your hands. But overally yes - this is fine. Not recommended for pure beginners because your hands are not visible but for me with experience from electronical instruments (Aerophone, Yamaha YDS) this is ideal practicing tool.

Finally I can practise without disturbing

Finally I can practise on my alto sax without disturbing neighbors or family in my apartment.
It works perfectly and with headphones and the iphone app with reverb the sound is very good.

Now with the Best Brasse- saxmute I can finally blow properly.
With the Best brass app, I can add reverb, metronome and play either music and videos from for instance spotify and youtube.

The low register work very bad below D1, but thats not a big problem.And it is very much resitance below G.

I will use this until I buy s house with sound isolated practise room in a new house?!

A surdina não funciona sem que tenha um iphone. Não dá para para ouvir nada sem ter iphone e não está escrito isto em lado nenhum. O atendimento não consegue responder a nada de perguntas relacionadas com o produto. Para devolver o produto levam 3 semanas, quando o mesmo demorou 3 dias a chegar.
Não recomendo!

Repeteren zonder lawaai

Dagelijks repeteren geeft vaak overlast. Deze mute dempt erg goed, het lukt ook goed om in de mute lage tonen te spelen. De meerwaarde van het kunnen spelen over een koptelefoon vind ik beperkt.
