Great Sax
Had it for 3 years now and it has been a great choice. Beautiful silver colour too. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic horn
Playable out of the box and I have no issues using it over my YAS62. The silver finish is very nice.
So it's a great backup horn, or even main horn (but then I'm one who can't tell there difference any of the 4k+ horns make). And particularly better for travel as it's lighter.
And I need to mention just how good the case is. I ignored it for the first few years as I already had a Protec case. But have now swapped to its original case and it's so so much lighted and straps are more ergonomic. The Protec is shelved.

very nice sax
His little baby is fantastic. The silver shine is very attractive and the sound is not like a "student" horn. after 35 years clarinete and saxophone experience I can tell you that this Yamaha 280s is a very nice and correct partner on the stage for a pro musitian and also perfect for beginners. Absolutely recommended!

Quality saxophone
As a beginner I made a safe choice and I don?t regret it. Easy blowing and good ergonomics. Buttons are easy to push. Perfect for beginners.
