Universal Audio OX Amp Top Box

I was primarily in market for high-end attenuator, because I was dissapointed with cheaper models (impact on tone, zero recording capabilities).

I have watched a tone of reviews and Ox seemed like a best choice with minimal impact on tone and advanced recording capabilities. So I gave it a shot and I must say - I am totally blown away by this unit.

First of all: I read there are tons of problems with connection / wi-fi. I have so far ZERO problems. Connecting to my Mac Studio and iPad is flawless. Setup was matter of minutes and I was good to go. Right out of the box sound is superb with tons of tweaking options. I am using it to tame my Fender and Marshall amps (mainly for my Deluxe Reverb) and it is total match.

I really like cabs and mics simulation (or emulation?) and I really dig the room mic option (with standalone knob on the unit). It really gives your tone some another dimension of depth, it enlarges your sound. I

Overall built quality, design, software and fuctions are 100 % for me. I might even completely to switch from micing amps to record through Ox.

Yes its a costy unit, but it is worth your money.
