Studio 49 AG-02 Rubber Works really well
I don't actually have a Studio 49 Glockenspeil.
I did however use this to replace some crumbling tubing under the bars of one i do own. Sounde great now. Also used it under the keys on a miniature xylophone and brought that back to life.
