Wheels, they roll around well and swivel, good.
These are wheels. They work. Put them on my rockstands. They work. Not much more can be said on wheels other than that they haven't broken in 3 years, and then spin round, and swivel. What more can you want?

Not cheap, but doing their work. Using with my Rockstand RS 20866 6 E-Guitar Stand - working nice.
