the idea (spring hook) is good, but the outcome is far below all my lowest expectations!

for springs thing, this turned out to be a complete joke, mainly due its miniaturic size and total lack of finish:
* 43mm is t-handle width (orange part);
* 48mm total length (what ends with hook);
* 10mm hook width;
* hook material is 2mm steel wire;
* the tip of the hook is completely blunt, not 2mm in diameter, but 2,3mm as there is burr from cutting. what a good workmanship!
* the whole orange handle has plastic molding flashings everywhere;
* the only satisfactory part was packaging.
when the handle is in hand (between two fingers), the protruding part is (depending on the thickness of your fingers) 5-15mm (in my case about 8mm and i don't have big hands), but the knuckles interfere with gripping anything with it. it is extremely uncomfortable and clumsy to achieve any result with it.

on stretching strings with it?
nogo at all! as the diameter (2mm) is too narrow to not to leave trace on metal strings. good stretcher should be with far more diameter (mine is about 20mm).

the brain giant who designed it has probably never changed the springs on a floating bridge itself.

(any) tool must be:
a) ergonomic - comfortable to use;
b) functional - it must be possible to do what it is intended to (with satisfactory results);
in this case, both criterias are more than unmet.

for spring hook: with same budget: better to buy from local hardware store an ordinary small torx or hexagonal 15cm t-handle screwdriver and bend (and finish) the end as needed. far better result guaranteed!
for string stretching: with zero budget: do it with gloved hands or somehow protected fingers (just to soften strings "interaction" with your fingers) or invest 3x more and buy corresponding tool.

Damit der Werkzeugkasten vollständig ist, habe ich dieses Werkzeug gekauft. Es ist ein ziemlich kleines Tool. Zum Einhängen von Vibratofedern sehr gut geeignet. Damit komme ich ausgezeichnet klar - besser als mit den anderen Tricks und Alternativen. Die Idee mit dem Saitendehnen ist eine andere Geschichte: der kleine Haken am Tool ist rau und schlecht verarbeitet. Ich habe Angst, mir die neuen Saiten damit zu ruinieren. Ich werde mal ein bisschen Schrumpfschlauch auf den Haken machen - mal sehen, ob das was bringt.

Ho sempre avuto difficolta nel instalalre e rimuovere le molle del tremolo quando sono in tensione, provato con cacciaviti ed altro ma sempre al pelo che la molla si sfilasse e si fiondasse da qualche parte graffiando la chitarra, alcune volte capitava.
Ho sempre visto dei piccoli utensili tipo gancino per dentisti con impugnatura tipo matita ma con la forza delle molle in tensione era facile che si sfilavano ma con questo attrezzo la presa e saldissima sia con la mano che con la molla, è vero che il gancio di ferro forse è un poco spesso ed in certe occasioni possa sembrare difficolatosa la posa della molla in sede ma con un pelo di pratica si riesce ad usarlo senza difficoltà e poi anche se fosse stato piu sottile avrei poi dubitato della resistenza all uso quando si sarebbero dovute tirare delle molle rigide.
Intervenire alle molle è diventato molto piu veloce e sicuro.
Attrezzo spettacolare che cercavo da tanti anni e non scherzo.
