Fender p bass USA nut
I broke the nut on my fender p bass highway one 2004.
Although not a standard the dimensions were the same.
I sanded the nut down by masking taping a piece of sand paper to the middle of the neck obviously protecting the fret board so as I sanded I kept the curve of the neck on the nut. I just kept sanding in increments using a business card at the first and second fret as a guide, and half hours work and it fitted a treat. Intonation is also much better now. Hardly any glue is needed to fix it,as if it happens again you know you can get it out easily!

nice replacement
Good product. May require some sand adjustment to the base depending on the neck radius so that it sits 100% into the base without oscillations. Works well.

UuOolff Says YES!! it's original and it's good
My name is Wolf (UuOolff) and I'm a musician and a producer.
I like to build and custom my own instruments, my last creation was a Fender Precision Squier (upgraded).
After some Luthier level Neck Work and this Nut, the bass got that Fender sustain with more fullness cause I modified the body aswell.
In that case buying the original gave it a closer sound to the original Fender Bass.

good quality but inner radius 10”
the outer radius is 9.5” but the inner (bottom) is 10” and need careful and precise filing before fitting in the fretboard slot. Make sure to take the proper measurements and considerations for the width as well as there are many different necks out there.

Great direct replacement
If you want replacements, stay with the tried and true original. I've tried some other aftermarket nuts, they never fitted exactly like the original one, and you know how delicate filing a nut is and how it can become troublesome.
