Great hardware, terrible software
Setting up this audio interface for the first time was some of the worst experience I've had with any hardware, and even afterwards it's just a thousand paper cuts.
The interface randomly disappears from the list of connected devices, one speaker is sometimes louder than the other, I often have to reset the volume after reboot, the knob doesn't have a start and stop points (turns infinitely around) which feels really bad even compared to my entry-level Scarlett Solo.
Unless you have no other option I'd avoid this brand.

Great sounding interface, small but powerfull!
Accurate recording capabilities, warm sound!
All-metal casing, also great for giging due to its small dimensions.
